At KNOX Design Group there is no project too small or large! We assist clients with simple renovations, such as removing a load bearing wall, to the construction of your new property.

In the consultation stage we provide our clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their project. What are the possibilities given the constraints the project presents? With years of consultation & construction experience we are knowledgeable in building codes, the permit process and the construction phase. We encourage client involvement as much as possible to ensure their vision is achieved – after all it is your project!

In the construction phase, KNOX provides weekly updates. Our trades people are selected to ensure the best quality and workmanship is achieved as we only want it done once, and correctly. Although we strive to mitigate issues during construction, we all know they do happen, and if they arise ensuring our clients are aware is our priority - along with a solution plan!

KNOX can provide Architectural & Engineering working drawings as required, or if the client already obtained from another consultant, no problem we can provide construction services from owner supplied drawings as well.
