Q & A's

  • Yes, if you plan to renovate or alter any part of your home a permit is required.

  • The cost to remove a wall can very significantly, depending if existing utilities need to be relocated and what type of framing is required to remove the wall.

  • Each wall removal project is different and the size of beam will be determined from structural analysis. The type of material can very from standard dimensional lumber to LVL beams and steel beams - if a desired material is preferred, we can try to accommodate dependent on analysis.
